  STRETCHING TECHNIQUE

Giving you the flexibility to perform the various techniques.

PAD WORKOUTS

Focus pads Using focus mitts and striking shields to develop striking speed and power. This type of training will also increase your cardiovascular strength.     

SPARRING

Sparring with a partner to sharpen your distance and timing, we  use multiple attackers to increase awareness of different angle's of attack. Basic sparring skills are needed before a student can understand the more advanced short style of Lau.

Choke lock The Lau Gar syllabus will provide you with a comprehensive self Defence system through a carefully structured syllabus designed to give each student the confidence and ability to defend themselves.
