STRETCHING
TECHNIQUE
Giving you the flexibility to

PAD WORKOUTS

focus mitts and striking shields to develop striking speed and
power. This type of training will also increase your
cardiovascular strength. |
SPARRING

Sparring
with a partner to sharpen your distance and timing, we
use multiple attackers to increase awareness of different
angle's of attack. Basic sparring skills are needed before a
student can understand the more advanced short style of Lau.
